Childhood is made of moments that seem ordinary today and become priceless years later. OnceLittle gives them a place of their own.

A picture can show a first step. It cannot always tell you what was said a moment before, how a laugh sounded or why that particular Tuesday mattered so much.
The idea for OnceLittle was born during a hackathon on Devpost. As a father of three, I wanted to keep more than photos: the words, voices and little stories that slip out of memory so easily. A few words, a date, a recording and a little story can turn a file into a memory you want to return to.

Family memories do not always need a public audience. Sometimes the people who will enjoy them most are a grandparent living far away, a parent at work or someone close who missed that moment.
That is why OnceLittle brings a child’s journal and a private family album together. Invitations and roles help you choose who follows the story and who contributes to it.

First words and birthdays matter. So do an invented word, a drawing, a favourite bedtime story and an answer to the question “What do you want to be when you grow up?”.
Photos, stories, quotes, voice recordings, interviews and time capsules are different ways to keep that childhood close. You do not need to write everything down. One little moment is a good beginning.
